Multi-LLM, by design

Not one AI. A whole council of them.

Every other AI tool hands you a single model's opinion. HighCouncil convenes a team of AI voices — each one running on a different frontier model — that brief, debate, and challenge each other, then deliver you one decisive answer.

The core idea

One conversation, many models

A single model has a single blind spot. HighCouncil lets each voice run on the model that suits its job — so a Researcher's rigor, a Critic's skepticism, and a Leader's judgment can each come from a different lab. Reach the world's models through Replicate, the in-app catalog of 400+, Together, a direct vendor key, or your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

How a conversation runs

Ask once. The room does the rest.

You don't prompt each voice. You ask a question, and the team runs a full round of structured deliberation before answering.

  1. The Leader frames it

Your question lands with the Leader, who briefs the team — restating the problem and pointing the discussion at the angles that matter.

  2. A supervisor picks the right voices

On larger teams, a lightweight router selects the two-to-four voices most relevant to your specific question — so you get focus, not noise. Ask for "everyone" and the whole room weighs in.

  3. The voices debate — in role

Each selected voice responds in character, on its own model, building on and pushing back against the others. The Critic hunts for flaws; the Researcher brings evidence.

  4. The Leader hands you the answer

The Leader synthesizes the debate into one clear, decisive answer — then asks you a single sharp follow-up to keep the thread moving.

And the answers stay reliable

Every few rounds the voices quietly cross-check each other for hallucinations. If one voice's model starts slipping, it's swapped for a more reliable one behind the scenes — the voice stays, only its model changes. Nothing gets stale, and nobody gets removed.

Your team, your rules

Start from a preset, or build from scratch

Pick a ready-made team and start instantly, or assemble your own: choose 2–5 voices (up to 12 on paid plans), give each a role, a model, an avatar, and — if you want — its own custom instructions. Then choose how they work together.

Free debate

A live group chat

The default. Voices brief, react in parallel, challenge each other, and the Leader closes each turn. Fast, open, conversational.

Consultancy

A structured process

A rigorous five-phase flow: voices analyze blind, review each other anonymously, then debate and co-author a final answer. For decisions that deserve the extra rigor.

What's in the box

Everything the council needs

Mix any models

Run each voice on a different frontier model — Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok and more — in the same conversation.

Images & files

Drop in screenshots, PDFs, and documents. Vision-capable voices read the picture; the rest get the text.

Long memory

Conversations that run long are quietly compressed, so the council keeps the thread without losing what matters.

Hear them speak

Optional text-to-speech reads each voice aloud, with a distinct voice per speaker.
