HighCouncil lets each voice run on the model that suits its job — so a Researcher's rigor, a Critic's skepticism, and a Leader's judgment can each come from a different lab. Reach the world's models through Replicate, the in-app catalog of 400+, Together, a direct vendor key, or your own OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

A supervisor picks the right voices
On larger teams, a lightweight router selects the two-to-four voices most relevant to your specific question — so you get focus, not noise. Ask for "everyone" and the whole room weighs in.

Each selected voice responds in character, on its own model, building on and pushing back against the others. The Critic hunts for flaws; the Researcher brings evidence.

Every few rounds the voices quietly cross-check each other for hallucinations. If one voice's model starts slipping, it's swapped for a more reliable one behind the scenes — the voice stays, only its model changes. Nothing gets stale, and nobody gets removed.
